This section if West 45th just off Times Square is named for Broadway producer and director George Abbott. The street is home to a large collection of Broadway theaters, most owned by the Schubert Organization, including the Booth, Schoenfeld, Music Box, Jacobs, Imperial, and Golden theaters.
